Q1. App 找不到我的 EBR 訓練台?
- 請確認 iPhone 的藍牙已開啟。
- 確認 EBR 訓練台已通電並處於可配對狀態。
- 於 iOS「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 藍牙」確認已授權 EBR Trainer 使用藍牙。
- 嘗試重新啟動 App 或將訓練台斷電 10 秒後再開機。
Q2. 心率帶或功率計連不上?
EBR Trainer 支援 Bluetooth 與 ANT+ 兩種感測器,ANT+ 感測器透過 EBR 訓練台轉接。請確認:
- 感測器電量充足。
- 感測器位於訓練台附近(2 公尺內)。
- 於 App 內「設定 → 連接心率帶 / 功率計」重新掃描。
- 同一感測器同時開啟 Bluetooth 與 ANT+ 時,建議只選擇其中一種連線,避免衝突。
Q3. 運動紀錄會上傳到雲端嗎?
不會。所有運動紀錄僅儲存於您的裝置本機。詳情請參閱隱私政策。
Q4. 如何刪除運動紀錄?
進入 App「歷史紀錄」頁面 → 點選欲刪除的紀錄進入明細頁 → 點擊頁面內的「刪除」按鈕即可。
Q5. 支援哪些語言與單位?
目前支援繁體中文、簡體中文、英文、日文、西班牙文,以及公制 / 英制單位切換。

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. The app can't find my EBR trainer.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone.
- Confirm the EBR trainer is powered on and in pairing mode.
- Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Bluetooth and confirm EBR Trainer has Bluetooth permission.
- Try restarting the app, or power-cycle the trainer (off 10 seconds, then on).
Q2. My heart rate strap or power meter won't connect.
EBR Trainer supports both Bluetooth and ANT+ sensors; ANT+ sensors are relayed through the EBR trainer. Please confirm:
- The sensor's battery is sufficient.
- The sensor is near the trainer (within 2 meters).
- In-app: Settings → Connect HRM / Power Meter, then rescan.
- If a sensor broadcasts on both Bluetooth and ANT+ simultaneously, pick only one connection to avoid conflicts.
Q3. Are my workout records uploaded to the cloud?
No. All workout records are stored locally on your device only. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Q4. How do I delete a workout record?
Open the History screen, tap a record to enter its detail page, then tap the "Delete" button on that page.
Q5. What languages and units are supported?
Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, and Spanish; both metric and imperial units.
